POLICIES:
Retainers/Payments:
A non-refundable retainer of 20% is required to secure all appointments. The retainer can be transferred once if an appointment is canceled/rescheduled within the 24 hour mark. Acceptable forms of payment are exact cash, Visa/Mastercard and Tap to Pay.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to cancel within 24 hours results in a $25 cancellation fee and forfeiture of your deposit. This applies to same-day cancellations and no-show appointments as well. The cancellation fee will need to be paid before you can make a new appointment.
Tardiness
We value punctuality and strive to provide exceptional service to each of our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, a 5-minute grace period is added to each appointment time for tardiness. Beyond this window, may result in needing to be rescheduled. Please communicate if you are running behind, a simple text will suffice.
